COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT CONSULTING INITIATIVE (CECI)

This initiative provides a systematic approach to empowering communities.  A proprietary model has been developed as a tool for application to community operations.  Through use of this model, FLMF can help organizations that serve communities function in a way as to more empower community members and help them be more productive.  These are the programs within the initiative:
